Clothing (Personal Basics)
2–3x Underwear
1–2x Sports bras (women – no underwire)
2–3x T-shirts
1x Comfortable pants (for indoors)
1x Sleepwear
1x Swimwear Whirlpool
2–3x Warm socks (preferably merino wool)
Socks (VERY important) No cotton!
Personal Items & Hygiene
Toothbrush – when you dont want to use this we prepair
Personal toiletries (shampoo, etc.) – just in case we also have some
Deodorant
Light skincare (No creams before snorkeling!)
Personal hygiene products (as needed).(e.g. tampons, pads, etc.)
Medication (Important)
Personal medication (sufficient for the entire stay)
Seasickness medication (if needed)
Pain relief (optional, e.g. headache tablets) Important: Remote location – bring everything you may need.
Electronics
Phone
Charger
Camera (GoPro / Insta360 / DJI recommended)
Extra batteries (very important in cold!)
